Inside the Modern New York Landmark Listed for $17.95 Million
Taylor Swift's former Greenwich Village home has hit the market for $17.95 million. The six-story townhouse, located at 23 Cornelia Street, is a modern masterpiece that was designed by architect Robert A.M. Stern and completed in 2012.
The home features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a library, a gym, a media room, a wine cellar, and a rooftop terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and wine fridge, as well as a Fisher & Paykel double-drawer dishwasher.
The home is being sold by Compass real estate agent Tal Alexander. It is the first time the home has been on the market since Swift purchased it in 2017 for $18 million.
