Bucks Injury Report: Antetokounmpo, McLaughlin, and Clark Out for Game 1

Antetokounmpo Calf Injury Sidelines Bucks

ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports that Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo is expected to miss the start of their playoff series against the Minnesota Timberwolves due to a calf injury. The severity of the injury and a timetable for his return have not yet been disclosed.

Other Notable Bucks Injuries

In addition to Antetokounmpo, the Bucks will also be without Jordan McLaughlin (right hip pointer) and Jaylen Clark (right Achilles tendon rupture rehabilitation). Khris Middleton remains out with an ankle injury, while Ryan Rollins (two-way contract) and TyTy Washington Jr. are also unavailable.

The Bucks' injury situation is a significant blow to their playoff hopes. Antetokounmpo is the team's leading scorer, rebounder, and defender, and his absence will be felt on both ends of the court. McLaughlin and Clark are also key rotation players who provide depth and versatility.

The Timberwolves, meanwhile, are relatively healthy heading into the playoffs. Karl-Anthony Towns, Anthony Edwards, and Rudy Gobert are all expected to be available for Game 1.

The Bucks and Timberwolves will tip off their playoff series on Saturday, April 15, at Target Center in Minneapolis.
